Refund and Cancellation Policy

These are the GUIDER RUMMY Website and Mobile Application Refund and Cancellation Policy.

A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permissible. However, GUIDER RUMMY may, at its sole and absolute discretion, permit a Member to cancel a transaction and refund the amount paid:

  • If the Member sends a written request to GUIDER RUMMY from the registered email address to cancel such payment

  • If the payment is made for participation in the paid version(s) of a Contest(s), the cancellation request must be received at least 2 business days prior to the commencement of the leagues in respect of which the payment is made.

These are the GUIDER RUMMY Website and Mobile Application Refund and Cancellation Policy (‘Policy’) which form an agreement between GUIDER ENTERPRISES (referred hereinafter as the ‘Company’, ‘GUIDER RUMMY’, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’) and you, the user (hereinafter referred as ‘you’, ‘your’, or ‘User’ or ‘Member’, as defined below) of the website (‘Website’) and the GUIDER RUMMY mobile application (‘App’) including any sub-domains of the Website, or related top-level domains including mobile sites, apps, APIs and widgets (hereinafter collectively referred as ‘Platforms’).

These Platforms are owned and operated by GUIDER ENTERPRISES and offer online Indian rummy games.

GUIDER RUMMY shall not be liable to refund any amount thereafter. GUIDER RUMMY may, at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the Member after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. A request for cancellation of any transaction would be processed within 15 business days.

Where any of the fixtures within a Contest are cancelled or abandoned without an official result, all League entries are considered void and the entry amounts shall be duly refunded to Members. GUIDER ENTERPRISES will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the balance in your GUIDER RUMMY Account, then you will be refunded the money within 7 business days from the date of receipt of your e-mail. There are no prize/winnings payouts for these voided contests.

If, in a transaction performed by you on the Platforms, money has been charged to your card or bank account and the respective amount is not added to your GUIDER RUMMY Account within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then you shall inform us by sending an e-mail from your registered e-mail address.

Please include the following details in the e-mail – your mobile number, transaction value, transaction date, and transaction ID. All refunds will be credited to your GUIDER RUMMY Account.

Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used to enter the contest or game.

Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:

Cancellation of contest or game before start time

Technical issues preventing participation

Incorrect or unfair game results

Failure to receive prizes or rewards

Refund Timelines

Refund credit: 5-7 business days (depending on the payment method and bank processing time)
